Introduction

• The frame features a heavy-duty platform base that ensures the perpendicularity of the XYZ axes. The metal structure is sturdy, aesthetically pleasing, highly precise, and guaranteed quality.

• Control System: Handheld teaching programmer, supporting both Chinese and English interfaces, simple and easy to learn,it can be mastered in about 30 minutes with expert guidance provided. Coating speed, adhesive volume, and coating trajectory (spatial points, lines, arcs, etc.) can be set individually according to different tasks.The system can store hundreds of processing files, each supporting 8000 instructions, which can be recalled when needed. It supports importing DXF and PLT files and features automatic path optimization.

• Working components: Single-platform design, standard configuration includes a custom-designed small atomizing valve. A stable air pressure system maintains consistent glue output, allowing for more precise and effective control over edge sharpness .

• Adhesive supply device: Composed of an adhesive storage tank and a stainless steel cleaning tank.The pressure tank consists of an air regulator, safety valve, vent valve, discharge port, and inner tank (an optional pneumatic stirring type pressure tank has a pneumatic motor that can automatically stir the paint inside the tank, keeping the paint uniform.During spraying operations, there will be no color difference due to paint sedimentation).

• Ventilation device: Ventilation vents are provided at the top.

• Lighting inspection: The equipment is equipped with an LED lighting system and has its own LED UV inspection light source, which can be switched to turn on the UV light.

• Soaking and dispensing : Utilizing a self-made stainless steel container, this ingeniously designed and easily replaceable device automatically soaks the valve when there are no workpieces to be coated,effectively preventing clogging of the valve and hose due to glue drying.

• Cleaning function : When the equipment is stopped, switch to cleaning mode via the changeover switch. The cleaning fluid in the pressure tank will be forced into the coating valve through the pressure tank to complete the automatic cleaning without the need for manual disassembly and cleaning of the coating .
